Product Overview
This connector cable assembly is used in the Table Side Status Control System (TSSC) which is compatible for use with the GE's Discovery IGS 520, Discovery IGS 530, Discovery IGS 540, Discovery IGS 620, Innova 2000 Interventional Image Guided Systems. The cable assembly comprises of a 62 position D-Sub connector at one end and three 15 Position-1 row connector at the other end which is interfaced using a 4 m long 48 position cable. The Cable assembly splits into three 100 mm long connector cables to which the 15 position connectors are connected and installed inside the TSSC. The D-Sub connector is protected using high quality zinc die-cast, nickel plated hood which offers protection from magnetic and radio interferencies to the cable. A gland with fixated shielding is provided at the TSSC side-end of the cable which is further covered using over molding that helps in protecting the cable conductors from damage during flexing and routing process. Plate support is provided with the cable gland which helps in holding the cable securely at the required position.
